I was referred initially for clauide pain, then subsequently self referred for knee and associated spinal problems. My assigned physio for both areas was Jennifer Ann - she provided an excellent service and was polite, respectful, thorough and an attentive listened. She provided sound and logical explanations for my symptoms, and then gave me suitable and realistic exercises - those were fully explained, often followed up with diagnosis to ensure clarity and understanding. I do not believe my treatment could have been improved. Jennifer Ann is a credit and an asset to the physio department in Cliftonville.
