His attention to detail is impeccable & he provides achievable & realistic challenges & goals. His knowledge is impressive & I have always left [name removed]’s sessions feeling listened to, helped & inspired. His approach is holistic from sleep to diet & he has provided me with some invaluable insight as to how I can improve my quality of life.
