Physio was great, knew exactly the problem and gave me appropriate advice and exercises.
Back class was good - enjoyed the circuit try/bike but talk was not as useful to me, I would have preferred to have been given paper work to take home.

Thank you for your feedback. This has been discussed and we had decided not to give out hand outs, we do however issue a detailed list of excercises done in the class. We use an open discussion forum also.
