Suggested improvements
I feel as though support should continue even if a person chooses not to precede with the investigation. I was happy for my support to finish as I am paying privately for counselling.

The role of the ISVA is to support throughout the Criminal Justice Process, once this process has come to an end the client will be signposted to appropriate services.
