The exercises covered most of my ailments and good explanations of body parts was very useful.
I am certainly more aware of where and why I have pain.
Improvements: perhaps longer training sessions and less theory.

We are extending the course by a week. Theory is crucial to patients understanding of the workings of the spine and pain behaviour.
