Excellent diabetes team and pump nurses. Can fault them
entire problem due to disgusting parking problems. parking fines issued to disabled patients displaying blue badges, when attending a 2 hour Heart Failure appointment.
improve by cancelling contract with parkingeye.
J Roland is simply the best. Caring, wholly honest, exceptionally professional.
Pity there are so few in the UK like him, within the NHS
The diabetic nurses are honest, and treat people with warmth and professionalism.
They recognise when patients are doing everything they possibly can but are struggling still.
Funding by the CCG is not good and this makes the diabetes team struggle with policies that the CCG enforces. Other CCGs are better and it is such a shame for the Nurses and Consultants who are brilliant to have such constraints imposed.
The care from all the staff including reception and the facilities are great.
I never tjought I would have such great care as my Consultant and Nurses gave to me in Milton Keynes but they equal it in their care and compassion.
It is a shame that the CCG do not give the same thoughts in their policies to the Consultants and trust the Consultants knowledge of their patients needs.
Thumbs up from me for the Living Centre. Highly recommended.
Very good service.
The healthy living centre is a very welcoming venue. We were put at ease from the first appointment onwards. Clean and tidy in all respects. The staff at respection were friendly and polite and informative.
Great centre easy parking
The clinic was clean, efficient and very quiet which always helps when you are waiting to see the Dr and have your BP taken.
it good
The only fly in the ointment of the Healthy Living Centre is the appalling lack of relevant, easy to find information on the website. However that applies to the Peterborough And Stamford NHS website in general. It is maddeningly frustrating and poorly designed, tested and thought out. It appears no proper analysis was done prior to implementing it and that no testing was done either.
