Harrow Community Palliative Care Team

Both the palliative team and the staff at St Luke's Hospice were wonderful. It was not an easy time for our family and they were available to help us step by step through the process. I was particularly impressed with the palliative nurse Zhara who visited my brother's home before transferring to the hospice. I felt she was part of our family and her presence with the back up of her team were incredible, they listened and offered extra support and I did not feel alone during the process.
