Efficient staff from beginning to end.
Correspondence, pre-operative assessment, physio brief, admission, pre-op briefings,
anaesthetist (Dr. D Uncles) and surgeon (Mr. N Shah) were all professional and informative.
Post operative nurses were outstanding. (Ilex Ward. Room 30.)
Pain management was high on their priority list as was general care and well being.
Location and hospital in great order, plus individual rooms were excellent.
Food choice OK, but service sometimes erratic and incorrect.
Would have liked more Physio time, but briefing and paperwork were fine.
