I have never been seen on time, the last appt was over half an hour late with no advance warning or even an apology.
The waiting room is basic, busy, noisy and is messy around the coffee machine that not only dispenses vile drinks but it seems in constant use! Most people can't find the items in the draws as the labelling is so small!
The pre-op consult nurses are a joke. Unprofessional and actually gave me the WRONG details about what medication to stop before surgery!
When you consider the amount of money that the insurance company pay, I expect better to be honest.
