Staff has been lovely and kind and helpful after my surgery. I was well looked after during my unexpected original stay. My anesthetic. Dr. Mallik was reassuring and even called to check on my well being its a lovely feeling knowing how much he cares for his patients. Night and day staff have been caring too. Even the ladies in the red tops was lovely to speak to./nThank you ladies gents for a pleasant stay.

Excellent care provided.
Suggested improvements
Had a long wait arrived as surgery not until just before 1400. Appointment queue, and other people could have forced could test etc. Only criticism but only minor.

Arrived for my operation in time. Got prepared for operation and saw the anaesthetist and surgeon. Sat waiting for 2 hours then a carer wanders In states that the anaesthetist has decided that he will not do the operation today.
No explanation. I have refused to leave without
a explanation. So currently waiting for the anaesthetist to return.
So far 3 hours after arrival.
