All the staff were lovely, Sally and all the helping staff made me feel better.
Suggested improvements
The doctor could have told me when he was going to insert the scope it was a bit of a shock when I was already nervous. But I appreciate that he got it done quickly.

All the staff were welcoming, put me at ease explanations were given in a timely manner results available straight away. Discussion regarding follow up etc and ongoing care.

So very kind and considerate especially as the day wore on./nThe operating staff so kind and making me feel less anxious by talking and attentive.
