ALL staff very caring: receptionist, surgeon and aneasthatist took time to explain things to me pre op and post op. I then felt very comfortable in the care of the staff on Ward 6 at Goole since I was admitted on Monday 6/2/23. Nurses, cleaners and food staff all amazing, a fantastic patient experience. I know this is a smaller hospital, but if this approach to patient care could be replicated it would be brilliant for all NHS patients.
