The staff are very friendly but the cuts are massively noticeable, am shocked at the way elderly people are left for so long, covered in vomit or on toilet.

During my short stay, I received really good rehabilitation advice which has made me feel more confident that I can help myself to recovery from my operation as soon as possible. I would like to have known sooner that I would have a spray to counteract any breathing/pain symptoms as it would have been reassuring to know that I could deal with any further problem myself.
