Excellent care and treatment given by orthodentist and his team. -Booking office staff could be a little more helpful on phone and conversation quite difficult due to mono voice. -Reception staff not always willing to basic follow up appointments (which would be very helpful) and say appt letter will be sent out in post, which invariably isn't at a convenient time - i.e taking child out of school, when this could be avoided. Last appt should have been 6-8 wks but child up being 13 week later.
