Nurse listened to what my fears were and treated my issue with seriousness, and compassion. Answering the phone on the switchboard that nurses use for referrals so that no delays in seeing other patients arise. Due to the nature of my injury and time certain treatments can't be performed on the NHS. i.e. broken nose fixing due to 10 day window.
