Great place, great staff and great experience. Felt very welcomed and very cared for during both surgeries.

Everyone I met during my outpatient visits and on my stay for surgery were friendly, helpful and caring. It’s a beautiful location and really helps to create the relaxing atmosphere you often need when dealing with health issues.

Fordcombe is a nice small hospital. Clean, on time and everyone was very friendly.

A fantastic experience on all occasions that I have visited over the past 12 months. From the moment you walk through the door you feel well cared for by friendly staff in all departments.

I was only in for 1 day for my op, but the Hospital i very nice and I was well taken care of.

My husband was admitted for a holep procedure and I was not allowed to accompany him. I however did attend and stay with him for which I was treated very dismissively by the staff. I am very glad I was brave enough to defy their policy as on returning from theatre my husband had a large burn on his upper arm which no one could explain DREADFUL hospital uncaring inhumane staff. I would rather die in a ditch than be admitted to this place

Absolutely exceptional service received by all of the staff but most importantly by Jenny Brown Administrator/Complaints Coordinator. I was extremely anxious and nervous about my surgery. Jenny greeted me with a smile from the minute I arrived to the minute I left. Nothing was too much trouble. I would strongly recommend that anyone who is considering Spire Tunbridge Wells to look no further! Thank you again for looking after me Jenny Brown.
