The Reception houses a sitting area with a cafe, which was welcoming. The Receptionist was efficient and friendly and gave clear directions as to where I should sit, with an explanation of what would happen during my visit
Mr Norton’s assistant came to meet me and was friendly and put me at ease.
My impression was the hospital was efficient and well run, but most of all clean, welcoming exuding a sense of peace and calm
