I was seen at my appointment time, l did not have to wait. The Dr was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable, he listened to what I said and justified his reasons for the care l received.

I do not think that there was anything that he could have done better.

I have ulcerative colitis

Probably just advised a different appointment time to avoid the wait which was stressful in the middle of the night when so tired and poorly. With the swelling to my face was painful to have mask on for over 1.5 hours. Still not sure outcome was correct so awaiting call from my gp this morning as symptoms getting worse.

Waited 4 hours to be seen, then felt the doctor wasn’t really listening to me in regards to the pain.

I spent 8 hours going in circles being passed from GP to Urgent Care back to GP to 111, back to urgent care, in the end I was told no appointments left, i tried out of hours and was very rudely told I had been told to go yo A and E, well no I hadn't by the time I was finished being messed about there was no appointments left. Tried GP again today and again no appointments, type 2 diabetic with a severe infection so I am now sat in A and E, absolutely disgusted with how I was treat yesterday!
