I don’t have any long term conditions
Suggested improvements
The only criticism is that I was expected to have provided a urine sample on arrival however just used the toilet. Would’ve been helpful to be forewarned on the phone call to come with a urine sample or full bladder.

The doctor we saw explained everything he was doing and had an amazing bedside manner with my 83 year old mum. Waiting time was minimal and we found it an amazing service. Thank you.

Every time I go to the doctors it feels like they’re guessing and don’t fill you with confidence.

Be able to get a appointment, I rang 200 times this morning only to get a call back and guess work again, I need to be seen again I’m in pain and discomfort now for a week and it’s just try this try that and fobbed of again, doesn’t feel like the doctors care anymore
