Not good when you take ur 3 year old to appointments and they’re not on time and 4 hours behind! To the sit down and wait to be seen to be told no it’s viral to be rushed in blue lighted to be told she has tonsillitis and chest infection!

Better doctors that actually know what they’re taking about! And doctors that stay on time when they have appointments out on phone appointments

The doctor I seen was, fantastic lady I was very frightened but she reassured me I was, safe and in the best place

My treatment was excellent. Appointment time was upheld. I was listening to. I was referred and treated promptly. Brilliant service. Truly appreciated my treatment.

Delay in call back for 12 hours, which is not a reflection on the staff but the underfunding from the government. Delay in appointment time, which is also as above

Good experience

Appointment was given for 12pm. Was seen at 255pm. Doctors only seeing 1-2 pateints an hour and long time between patients coming out to see another

I was seen at UTC promptly, hardly any wait at all (granted it was about 4am). After that I was moved to A&E and then admitted for an overnight stay. Everything was great - I found that the hospital and the staff there ran like a well oiled machine, everything worked well and I was very well looked after. It was my first ever hospital visit and I was very very impressed with it all. A huge thank you to all the staff involved in my care!

The only possible way this stay could have been improved would be with a shorter wait time for a bed when being admitted, however I completely understand that this isn’t always possible and I didn’t mind waiting.

We need to wait 4 hours for someone to see us, and the set's are uncomfortable for a person to set down 4 hours....... I never need help or treatment for a doctor in hospital but for how much I pay monthly for NHS I'm very disappointed. I can understand is very busy but with this plastic seat no excuse, I will ask a doctor to take a seat fir 4 hours on them

I was asked to be at the hospital for 11.30am but didn’t see anyone until 12.40pm which I think is unacceptable.

You need to be able to see people within a suitable time and not have to wait an hour and 10mins.

Nothing really , I waited about 40 minutes but that is not excessive without an appt for out of hours care! The doctor did apologise for the wait time but I was fine. I felt very reassured, listened to and cared for
