Because everything was well organised from start to finish.

I had very bad pain. Been told go home and have paracetamol or go buy ibuprofen from asda ( 2 am at night). Then I needed to come back to A&E again at 3 am because of my pain . Waiting until 5 am , been given 2 strong pain killers , 7:30 am telling me go home !! I still got pain but i hate to go back. I felt discriminated

Do not discriminate patients if they are immigrants because they still pay tax and contribute positively towards country.

The doctor was very helpful. On the downside it took 10 hours from my initial 111 call to receive a response.

I have constant pain when walking and always getting chest infections

The waiting time is ridiculous I was waiting for 15 hrs for an appointment
