Never even seen a doctor I decided to go home cause of the long wait and very bad experience will not be going there again rather suffer

If you say your appointment is at 10:15 then you should not have to wait 3-4 hours to be seen and also the toilet wasn't working and floor was dirty and not enough seats because people waiting out in walkway outside the doors on floor with children and also them laying down

I did not take the doctors name, I just wanted to thank him for being very sensitive while dealing with me. I had an early miscarriage and he handled the situation very well and made me feel very comfortable. A credit to the NHS!

Not a lot you do the best but if someone is really in need they will be seen first or they say if you feel worse to let them know so to be fair there’s not much else you can do and patients just need to to wait there turn
