Doctor never closed door till he examination

Keep on time when you get appointment and they’re a hour behind . I know theres emergency but it’s ridiculous

I could have been warned that although I was given an appointment time that it didn’t mean that was anywhere near when I was seen and that it could be anything upto a 4 hr wait.

Shoddy service, poor follow up

Phoned back when promised…. Not the next day!!! Issued a prescription to help my condition rather than insist I travel into an A&E for a k own medical condition.

I felt that the care provided was of a very good standard. The doctor I saw performed an in depth examination and questioning of my symptoms. He diagnosed what he saw as the issue and prescribed some medication to deal with the issue.

I was waiting for quite a long time. I had the feeling that the service was short of staff on the day of ny visit.

To help improve the service you offer.

I was required to wait over an hour before being seen despite having been given a timed appointment. You expect patient’s to be on time therefore it is not unreasonable to expect the appointments to run to time.

Because I have been Diagnosed with Asthma by a doctor!

I’m usually prescribed prednisone as a steroid to get my breathing back under control, and was prescribed antibiotics which haven’t helped. I have managed to see my own health service provider and my medications are currently under review. Also, I did not require food during this visit, so was not offered any.

The doctor on duty was very good.

Wait time. I was given an appointment time and was seen 2 and a half hours later. Not sure what the point of an appointment time is if that’s the case.

The doctor who saw me was extremely thorough and listened to all my symptoms. When it became apparent it wasn't a simple.kidnry infection, he didn't try to brush me off. He looked at other causes and then arranged for me to be seen by the ESAC ward the next day. The doctor explained clearly everything and he ensured I clearly understood. He gave me advice on ringing 999/ going to a and e if I felt worse and what symptoms to look out for.

Nothing, everything was fab from the reception staff, the nurse taking obs to the doctor. A first class service. Thank you.
