The nurse and receptionist were very helpful polite and compassionate. Spoke to my 5 year old in a way she would understand and made her more relaxed and settled. The help and advice was great a credit to DRI. Thank you.

Seen straight away at A and E reception no queue. Better layout and number of points for people to be seen at. Escorted around to urgent care seen by doctor.
Car hear voices of people being seen by doctor in waiting room not clearly but can hear! Not nice if people are distressed! More sound proofing needed - or use.

Friendly and helpful staff.
