Both receptionist and Dr were very compassionate, both very caring to the need of both my grandchildren very stressful time with poorly children, my family was put at ease immediately.

A and E moving in front of others at check in queue unfair. If they don't need an ambulance they shouldn't be more important that anyone in the queue.
