I was seen on time, no waiting around and the doctor was very professional and helpful. Receptionist was vert helpful with directing us where we needed to be.

Spent 2 hours in A and E then sent down to urgent care centre.
If you have no appointment you are made to wait. I got totally fed up waiting.
The system is wrong.
