Brilliant service, however I still think patients should receive a statement/bill/receipt after treatment so people understand/fully appreciate what the service they have just received would have cost. Might make them less inclined to waste time and actually turn up for appointments.

The staff was really nice and looked after me I was admitted over night and the urgent treatment centre made sure I was looked after and treated quickly

The treatment was timely and appropriate. I was treated with respect all of the time, everything was explained in terms I could understand.

I came in with bad cramps and severe fatigue. They refused to blood test me because their urine test came back with a very faint line they classed as negative. I have taken over 20 home pregnancy tests first response that picks up from 6mlu and 10ml tests not 25 hcg like nhs tests. I have since produced stronger tests at home also. I even showed them photos of my home tests which clearly show positive. I am struggling to stay awake for longer than 2 hours i need my iron levels checking but i was just sent home and told to contact my gp this week. They did not take me seriously at all

Should of given me a blood test so i can get the correct care not just sent me home in pain and severely tired.

Staff were very considerate towards me when they were informed i am autistic and couldn’t sit in the waiting room with other people. I was very kindly offered a side room, however the doctor called me in straight away. Thank you for your understanding.

Everthing was perfect. Can’t find fault with the staff or the level of care. Thank you.

A paramedic treated me who was very thorough and treated me with dignity and respect.

I was given an appointment time of 12pm but I was not seen until 1pm. This saddened me as I had a 2 week old baby in the car with my husband whom needed to be breastfed. I therefore ended up being at the urgent treatment centre for a lot longer than we anticipated.

I am Susan Harbon - Johns wife & carer. We were very pleased with the NHS service. Excellent. We rang 111 on Christmas Day. They rang back & I took John to DRI. WE were seen straight away

I was looked after really well and the doctor who I saw was really nice explained everything and said if the tablets didn't work that I needed to book into the hospital
