I was told I didn’t have a UTI. The day after i was retested in the maternity triage centre, and I did have a UTI and was prescribed antibiotics. The staff were quick efficient and kind but my examination was not thorough enough.

A more thorough examination. I knew I was unwell but was told my symptoms were normal for a person who had just given birth. However when re-examined in a different department I was told otherwise.

Ongoing issues

Been better at sitting patients. Seats were cordoned off for two metre rule and people were ignoring it sitting together with people they came with and on the yellow and black bags. Which meant I couldn’t sit myself safely at a far enough distance. I was too anxious to say anything to them but the staff should be aware and watching or ask people to move.

My visit was handled with dignity and a very professional manner. The appointment was on time and and handled very quickly.

Total care and understanding was given, the nurse Listened to my problem and gave timely instructions on what would happen going foward

Receptionists could be more client focused and friendlier, less abrubt

Only timeliness in terms of being seen on time - however with everything else going on, this is absolutely more than understandable!
