After being fobbed off by by own gp practice and being misdiagnosed, I've been left in pain for two weeks, I wasn't convinced on my diagnosis and knew it was something else. I was only waiting 30 minutes and was seen by a lovely lady who gave me so much care and attention and actually listened. She was patient with my anxiety and actually diagnosed me properly. Now I can hopefully start the right treatment and start feeling better. Can't thank the lady enough. The urgent care team are fantastic!

Although the Nurse Practitioner I saw was very knowledgeable and compassionate, I would not have come to the hospital if it wasn’t for the advice from a previous doctor. However, upon arrival it seems he gave the wrong advice and it was a waste of my time actually going to the hospital. I was really frustrated and disappointed.

Given the circumstances, I think the NHS staff are doing fantastic!

All the staff were superb, very kind, friendly and helpful and caring. They wanted to do their absolute best as quickly as possible which was amazing. Thank you all, especially Emily in the urgent treatment centre

Comparing with the past A&E service I'm highly impressed of the changes has been made here. I didn't have to wait 4-5 HOURS like used to be, I wait just about 10 minutes in first waiting area. I have been waiting in 2 zones, totally about half an hour which is still much better than before. Doctor which seen me was very friendly, polite and helpful. He explained to me all I needed to know about my problem. He put my mind into rest. Thank you NHS for big improve even during pandemic's difficult time...

To make improvements

When people aren’t feeling well like myself it was too long to wait in a reception. I had to ask for a sick bowl and sit with it. I just wanted to lay down to be comfortable
