Very much disappointed, very poor service, can't even get paracetamol for my problems, what tipe of doctors,
The staff at the Doncaster Royal Infirmary were friendly, helpful, and supportive from the initial reception to departure post admission. This included the main reception, UTC, ESAC, Ward 27, ward 12, domestics, CT scan and theatre and recovery department.
The staff that assisted me and treated me are a credit to the NHS. I was very impressed with the service.
Thank you
Carl
After a long history with the condition i have i attempted to discuss this with the doctor. I was immediately shut down and told that he would do the diagnosis. At the point of discussion with the doctor i was not currently in pain, but had been in severe pain on and off for 2 weeks, because of this i do not believe the doctor wanted to help and i was made to feel as though i was wasting his time. He did absolutely nothing for me and essentially asked me to leave. My condition and pain is still ongoing and i will likely be back in a&e soon again, with potential further issues.
Doctor was dismissive when I said I had headache after Astra Zeneca and said blood clot symptoms would be sore calves/shortness of breath and not headaches. Did not seem up to date
The staff is very polite , they care about the people and they actually do something to help them . Are rumours that hospital workers are heartless, but that's not true ! Good people !
Great staff and service
