The wait was very long. Waiting room was stuffy and warm- but the staff were amazing and all very caring and understanding. Kaylee I think her name was a healthcare who made sure my child was okay and showed so much compassion. Dr Dehan she made sure my child got right treatment and sent us up to observations children unit thankyou for helping my child.

Good treatment long wait then sent to Rotherham excellent treatment from face spe ialist. Had intravenous pain relief and antibiotics followed by a course condition improved within a couple of days of antibiotics and more pain relief

Triage person was rude and said they would not treat me and to go to dentist. I ssaidi had and ot had got worse. He sent me to resident GP she gave me antihistamines and took me back to A&E and said I had to be seen. Everyone else was lovely

Was passed from one person to another and no one could help so had to call 111 5 times before I could finally get the help I needed

I was seen promptly and treated with respect. The doctor who saw me was very patient and explained everything happening.

Been attending the clinic now since June

Nothing very happy with my appointment today my wound care treatment by Charlene .. she’s amazing , tells me everything I need to know .. very professional and puts my mind at ease
