Hi, I was admitted after having a sudden and very painful onset of kidney stones, without the attentive care of Sarah Tait, her quick and accurate diagnosis and situational treatment, prescribing an emergency medicine at my local pharmacy before continuing treatment at the urgent treatment centre, without her care and expertise my journey into DRI would have been almost unbearable. Her bedside manner and patience should also be noted, I struggled to concentrate during the height of pain I was in, Sarah kept me calm and help me and my partner understand what was happening, and what was going to be done to help. I’ve never experienced a pain come on so suddenly and so harshly before in my life, with personal thanks to Sarah she is a shining example to the NHS.
