Share review of Doncaster Urgent Treatment Centre
There was a lot of delay for the ENT doctors to arrive. I came to emergency at around 6 am, i was attended by the emergency doctor quite soon, he talked to the ENT doctor and with his advice prescribed be some blood tests. After the blood tests I was taken inside to see the ENT doctor around 10-10:30am. But they came very late around 1:30 pm. After which they gave me an incomplete prescription for which I had to wait again till 3:30pm for them to come and correct the prescription. I left the hospital at around 4:15pm after collecting my medicines. It took 10 hrs for an emergency treatment, which was terrible.
I had lot of pain which didn't subside with the painkillers given in emergency, and the nurses were not bothered with that at all. They were just busy just taking vitals mechanically but not bothered with how the patient is actually feeling.
