I brought my 5 year old daughter in to urgent care. The waiting room was filthy. Rubbish all over the floor . When the dr called us in , he didn't speak after asking a few questions. He checked my daughter but didn't speak . He left the room , came back with medicine , told me how to give her it after he made it up with water and handed me a prescription ( which was wrong in the first place) . I asked the Dr if it was her throat that was the problem, to which he replied 'yes' and that was all . Very rude . She had tonsilitus , which I later found out from another Dr . The prescription the Dr gave me wasn't a full bottle of medicine and later a Dr from the gp surgery told me he didn't give me a full bottle of medicine , he gave my daughter enough medicine for 2 days and then gave me a prescription for the rest, which is out of stock in every pharmacy in the doncaster area , causing me to chase it up for 4 hours . The gp advised the dr from urgent care didn't follow protocol and she was concerned that he never gave her enough medicine to begin with

Suggested improvements
Keep the toilets and waiting area clean . Actually tell parents what us wrong with their child
