Nothing could have been improved despite my being late because I went to Devonshire house by mistake, I was seen immediately. I was greeted like a long lost friend by receptionist, Lorna Hooper/Hopper? She was quick off the mark in letting the clinician know I had arrived and it was thus thta the clinician took me to his office immediately. Rob Gorring(s)? was very knowledgeable and so caring.
