I had to wait nearly a hour after my appointment time, I understand the current situation we are in, but when your tonsils are inflamed and your struggling, sitting so long with a mask on wasn't helping, it was drying them out making them more painful

I'd you are short staffed that's understandable, this could be relaid to those who are making appointments so that they know to not book as many people in. I know these things happens.
