We rang at 11 am to be told a doctor would return our call. I rang again at 13.30 to be told the doctor had phone twice. I asked to check the phone number, on checking it was wrong. The doctor rang at 14.15 and told us an appointment had been told it was walk in center and we would have to wait. The waiting room was full. I can not understand why you should make appointment when they are not kept. We had waited five and a half hours to be kept waiting longer.
