Until the day I had the appointment I wasn’t even aware of the service, but within less than two hours of calling my surgery, I was seen at the clinic, treated and back out again. The whole experience was seamless and honestly, I loved it. I felt well taken care of right from the initial phone call. The lady I spoke to was so friendly and explained everything so simply and clearly that that alone lifted my spirits because being autistic I can sometimes have difficulty understanding what is being said to me but the questions she asked were simple and clear. I don’t wear a face covering and even though everyone else that I saw in the building was wearing one, nobody questioned me and I am so very grateful for that, it made such a huge difference to me and it really helped to make me feel valued, which I totally appreciate. The doctor I saw was amazing. I felt so looked after in her care and I knew she knew where I was coming from from what she said to me which made me feel like I was being treated by a real person and not just a robotic type person. I felt the advice was excellent and she made sure I fully understood everything before I left, and honestly, I hear people moan and complain about getting appointments with their doctors etc and about the care they receive, which I couldn’t relate to as I rarely go to the doctors and when I do I don’t have anything to complain about but I felt like this service to the experience and doctors service to the next level. I do miss my childhood doctors and the surgery, where you just turned up and waited and the doctor knew you and all your family etc, but the recent experience with the clinic was excellent and I’m very impressed, I thought it was amazing. The only thing I would say is the place isn’t very well sign posted and better signage would help. Fortunately there were people around who were able to direct me to the right building but other than that the experience was excellent. The waiting room was very spacious, clean, light and airy and I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and at all times I felt very well cared for, I don’t know why, I think not being asked about wearing a face covering definitely helped 100% but everything else I mentioned helped as well. Thank you

Suggested improvements
Signs on the road/street would have helped and then better signs within the area as I needed the help of other people who were leaving to direct me - I was in foot. I don’t know if you had bike stands either but that would be helpful as well.
