Massive things could be improved. The hospital looks outdated, the security staff sit on their phones and the toilets are minging! NHS staff are overworked and underpaid. It's a shame that in reality nobody actually cares. Lets hope the government recognizes the melt down. Transferred round to urgent care centre and it was like entering a different hospital, staff very friendly, toilets spotless and very helpful doctors.
