Because on arrival at dri I was being booked in after email was sent from out of hours service she told them that she was in extreme pain and her leg was numb she was then told to go to waiting area we said there are no seats well she will have to STAND in que we told them she can't stand her leg is numb we were told we need to be able to book people in so you need to go to waiting area i said again she can't stand up and there are no seats so I helped her up and helped her to wall and sat her on floor and at that another patient saw what was happening and gave up his chair which were not 2mts apart

Suggested improvements
listen to what you were told by the patient and think about what you say before you say it Show respect and not distaine for the person who is in pain and worried THE ATTITUDE WAS DISGUSTING
