Given an appointment however complete waste if time. FCP who saw me was great however the guy supervising her was longed on the couch in the room on his phone! That's after coming bk from an hour lunch!

Don't give appointments if the system is used. The urgent care center just see ppl in the order they arrived. Over an hour later than my appointment I was seen.
