Called my Dr (St John's practice balby) at 11am, I arrived A and E 15.30, 1/4/16 and seen very quickly through 'out of hour' service. My Dr's receptionis called back at 15.45 to talk about my problem. If they had called back more expedientlly I would not be using up alternate resources at A and E! Ataff at DRI very good and seen quickly.
