Both the nurses that dealt with me, on both days were brilliant. Thank you.

Tell parents to keep their children under control. One child was allowed to use the water fountain continuously, using in excess of 15 cups and in the process spilling water all over the floor, which the mother then finished off a box of tissues, left on the side of reception to mop it up. This waste of resources went unchallenged by the staff, in this era of NHS shortages!
