There were limited seats available at A&E and the assessment nurse was sat behind the reception asking you what your problem was. This is not a place to be sharing sensitive information regarding your medical urgency. She then referee me to the hospital GP which was not what I wanted as it was something wrong with my vagina and he couldn’t examine me. He then went on to scold me regarding me not being on any vitamins whilst trying to conceive and challenged why I had not done a pregnancy test, when I knew I was t preventing due to not having sex. He then went on to do a pregnancy test and said I had a urine infection. Gave me a prescription and advised I take the antibiotics. The next day I went to my own go who sent me to Barnsley hospital accident and emergency who referred me to gynaecology to inform me I was advised wrong and not to take any of the medication as I had a womb infection. Wasting my time, causing me servre discomfort along with out of pocket.
