I was waiting for 13 hours, the information provided was very inaccurate and when I was asking questions the staff at the reception was very unkind (probably due to stress which I understand). The facility had rubbish all over the floor, including blood that was not cleaned for over 6 hours. People with open head injuries walked out and didn’t wait for treatment where others waited for 12 hours just for dr. to come out and say that they will need to phone a specialist. This was the worst NHS experience I ever had, I lost trust that in the event of very serious injury anyone would help me.

Suggested improvements
Improve ticketing system, introduce frequent housekeeping checks in the waiting area, provide water to waiting patients and be kind and understanding as people come with genuine concerns about their health and wellbeing or health of their family memebers.
