Suggested improvements
Change the system from being assessed multiple times before seeing a doctor just to keep waiting times down on paper, the doctor we saw eventually gave us wrong information and we returned the next day for a scan that she hadn’t booked also the staff walked past a patient that had collapsed in the waiting area and left her there for twenty minutes after being told by another patient, people with chest pains left the department and went home after waiting 6 hours still not seeing a doctor. Not one of the nurses we dealt with were even remotely pleasant no caring or compassion and pain relief was promised at 1am and we left at 6am still not being given any pain relief
