After spending 8 half hours in your A&E department and still waiting to see a doctor I discharged myself because I was exhausted. 111 made me an appointment at 9pm in your A&E department and at the 5.15 Am I was still waiting so I discharged myself because I had been up at 6.30am and worked all day. I couldn't stay any longer. There were prisoners handcuffed to prison guards there were homeless people waiting for the doors to open to where you go see the doctors so they could go get free warm drinks then coming back through to the waiting room and pulling chairs together and going yo sleep. The security guards didn't move them on. There was a young girl kicking off with 4 police officer round her. This was the first time I had been to Doncaster A&E I found it very scary and un nerving. I was with my partner I wouldn't have liked being on my own it was scary.

Suggested improvements
Your staff are amazing the NHS is broken. More staff better security but this means more money and there isn't any so there's nothing else you can do to make A&E a better place to go .
