Had occasion to visit urgent care centre. It was a small waiting room a lot of sick people crowde together. There was no chair for me for the first half hour. And several other poorly people. The receptionist failed to inform me when checking in the appointments were running one hour late. I understand having to wAit but could they not find a better suited waiting room. Where they could provide additional seating
