Good parking and central to Doncaster, seen immediately by receptionist on arrival , only had to wait 25 mins to see practitioner who was very professional, downside , lack of privacy at reception in full view /hearing of others waiting

wondering if you can access this facility direct as , I was on the phone for 40 mins to 111 and then the wait for a call back from yourselves was over an hour , and when you are I’ll , it is stressful waiting

I was assessed quickly and given an appointment without the 2 hour timescale. I was treated quickly, and with care. The nurse practitioner was knowledgable and told me of all the things I needed to look out for if my condition began to worsen. She advised me she was at work until 4 so to ring back if I was worried and she would reassess me. Excellent care and I’m really impressed.

No mention on website that you had to pay for parking. Staff were very friendly and I got an appointment on the same day I rang when I couldnt see my own doctor.

I have used this service twice and it is nice and relaxed telephone staff making the appointments are very nice, I just wish I could get a doctors appointment at my own doctors!

I was seen due to an ongoing water infection that needed treatment

The lady that took the initial call was a little impatient with answers to the questions asked, but managed my appointment well.
