The doctor made sure to send a sample to the hospital for testing, but also gave me an inhaler in the meantime so I don’t feel horrible. He also told me the next steps of the treatment and when I will next see him what will happen. Very reassuring and committed

I was passef from pillar to post. 111 didnot help me, they passed me onto same day health who in turn told me to contact my gp. No hrlp at all. I live on my own i was having an hypo i had d&v i thought i was going to pass out but no one cared

You could have lisyened more and made sure i saw a health professional. Telling me to eat something or ring somebody else is no help when you are unwell.

Great facilities and free parking. Waited a little longer than expected - half an hour. But was advised of this by staff.

I was told to wait to see if improved in a day or two. If not to go back. Would have preferred a prescription to only use if needed in the next day or two. Would have saved me and the nhs time and money

The surgery was empty apart from 1 man who was waiting for his wife. I still had to wait quite a long time to be seen but the nurse practitioner was very good when I saw her.
